The hotel offers exceptionally comfortable beds. the rooms are absolutely fabulous with a safe, a balcony, and a kettle. - the breakfast choice is sensational and enjoyable.

There was always something missing at breakfast - first cutlery, then plates, then cheese, sausage, coffee. It was filled up again, but it took quite a long time. In a 4-star hotel, something like this must not happen. Free of charge there was only filter coffee in a paper cup. There were other coffee drinks you had to pay for. The staff at the breakfast service was rather unmotivated and unfriendly. Only one trainee took care of everything quickly and friendly. In the room, the hair dryer was broken and the cable looked out. The device was replaced quite fast, but even this should have been noticed during the room cleaning in a hotel of this category. What was absolutely not ok was the bath tub that was totally rusty from the outside. Unfortunately the lighting is also very dark and the ventilation system did not work.

Ideal place for a city break, has INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL view of the sea. The staff is always well-trained and the rooms are brand-new and air-conditioned. They have a huge variety of meals to choose from, the food is good.

We stayed at the City hotel as a family and I think that it would have beeb better if the cleaning lady took care of the cleaning at noon- not in the afternoon. The staff was quite "faceless" ( there was some exeptions)

I just think that the rate was quite high for this hotel compared what we got.

The location is fantastic , smack in the middle of the city! Still, the rooms were excellently sound proof, giving us a good night sleep after long days of sight seeing!

The room was small. The furnishing was old and doesn't correspond to 4 stars hotel. As a whole the quality of the hotel doesn't correspond to the price.

The fitness/gym is inexistant!!! Only one tredmill in a room 2x3 meter...

Aircondition not on (out of season). Had to call several times to get an answer. Small, claustrophobic breakfast room. Hotel situated between two busy roads and LOTS of traffic noise, hence want balcony door shut, but aircondition not on.Upon arrival was shown room with no balcony, had expressly said i wanted a room with a balcony. Outrageous price for internet in room. Small tv with limited channels for non-Greek speaker. Very small toilet. Supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but i wonder
